Changes between Orbiter 05 to 06

Just got back to Orbiter after a long repose.
First I noticed their was a new version of Orbiter. 2006 version.
I am currently runing 2005 version.
and I noticed that 05 add-ons dont seam to work with the new version.
So, what are the changes in the config and scenerio files that I need to know to convert my old Add-ons from 05 to 06 and any other file structer changes I should know about.

One of the differences is in the way bases are handled. They used to be listed in the planet's config. Now, the planets config lists a path to a directory containing the bases for that planet. The base's location used to be in the planet's config, now it's in the base's config. Comparing the Earth.cfg and Canaveral.cfg from each version will show you the differences.
