NASSP Cant get Apollo MFD

I have tried Orbiter 2010 with Nassp 7.0 and Orbiter 2016 with Nassp 8.0 and in neither version, I can get the ProjectApolloMFD to work. I have the VC runningtime 2015 x86 and I have the ProjectApolloMFD enabled in modules, but under custom menu I never get the MFD option to appear.

I feel like I must be missing something simple.

It's not in the custom menu. It's in the list of MFDs that you get when you click on the SEL button on the bottom of an MFD. Probably have to click SEL two or three times. You should see it along with the Apollo checklist MFD.
