Old age = medical condition
Young age = medical condition
Unhappy = medical condition
Happy = medical condition
In love = medical condition
Pregnant = medical condition

Every deviation from a non-existant "norm" is considered something to be medicated out of existence. Were it not for the fact that there are gazillions to be made by drugging people to the Great Magellanic Cloud and back, I'd say most of the medical class suffers of hardcore Münchausen by proxy.
