.dll Question Calling a celbody dll from outside Orbiter

When I need to read a body position, I use my MFD to call oapiGetGlobalPos().
But is there any way to call CELBODY2::clbkFastEphemeris() and CELBODY2::clbkEphemeris() from outside Orbiter?
