General Question Attachment bug?

Is there a bug with attachments? I have noticed if I detach a vessel it bounces off the surface and lands back. I saw a reference that SPAcecraft3 fixes this.

Any ideas how to fix.

What attachments? There are about a dozen ways of attaching one thing to another. What scenario?

Sorry, it is my laser tanks and trailer. When I detach from the trailer the vessel bounces up. I seen a reference to a bounce bug

Sounds like the trailer is below (or at) its "landed" height when it's attached to the tank, and then when you release it, it has to pop up in order to be at the correct height.
