Apollo Missions

I am having trouble with the apollo scenarios i have downloaded any of them seem to crash program when you try load those scenarios.

I may have just installed possible the wrong thing ( very new to program ) so if someone could give me a good link to an apollo scenario from launch to splash down like apollo 11 or after would be great.

Or if anyone else has had this problem before tell me how to fix it.

Can you be more clear about it, which apollo add-on? what exactly happens?

Apollo 7, 9, 10 and 15 scenario add ons - they were the first i found on orbithanger. Basically as they start to load going through the motions of loading textures etc it crashes and vista cant resolve.

actually by reading that last bit i think i need another file for the saturn 5 sound right???

It's becuase those add-ons are made for NASSP, so NASSP is required to make them work.

They're just that; Scenario add-ons. They're not the full add-ons.

Dont worry, i made the same mistake when i first started orbiter.

very new its a lot harder than it looks thats for sure

still very confused by it all.

Is there any txt or kinda tutorials around that could help??

Alot is in the documantation that comes with the add-on but it's more of a matter ''Hey what does this button do?'' and finding out.

yeah true i been trying that but still not having a great deal of luck can get into orbit but want to try and skip the extra stuff that goes with it

as much as i want to learn to do it right but im still just getting use to the games so basically i want to play a lil before i get serious

Read Go Play in Space to get the grasp of the basics of orbiter, includes a bunch of good tutorials, helps alot.

AMSO has a simple auto pilot to use, but NASSP has not, very real, very hard.
