The launch tower in the scn perhaps? I use both the default tower from AMSO and 1B Milkstand for NASSP 6.4.2:

This is for the ASTP mission only....you can delete it (coded as PAYLOAD_2 in the ini) for Skylab and Apollo 7 missions
But it looks like in d3d9 the milkstand mesh is not loading?
Is Milkstand2.ini present in the addon's zip file? If not here's the ini (provided by 4throck on his Skylab B pack):

The ALT function in the scn seems to override the COG function in the Saturn1B.ini MS2015 file. Try removing the ALT function in the scn
