This addon is very specific to NASSP.

Someone could conceivably create one theoretically though. I don't know how realistic AMSO's propellant levels are, but the rendezvous would probably be all but impossible without the AGC and RTCC calculations helping. This is probably one case where NASSP is "easier". If you would like help flying it we'd be glad to give some pointers either hear or on Discord.

There is no Saturn 1B in AMSO.

The SMRCS runs off the SPS fuel... So you have basically unlimited SMRCS.
