Take off in the Apache AH-64 or the AH-64A with Hellfire Missiles from KSC airport ,Version 3...Press G for Engine startup.Press 0 on the numpad for collective up, and . on the numpad for collective down.Press A for Auto Hover.Press L for Auto Level Flight.Press G again for engine stop and Rotor Brake.Press F1 followed by F8 for Virtual Cockpit.Use Mouse holding Right Mouse button to look around the Virtual Cockpit..For the AH-64A Press J to fire Missiles..Has Engine Sounds (needs OrbiterSound 3.0 or higher installed).Unzip into your Orbiter folder.(Make sure - Use Folder names is ticked when using winzip.)

No need for one. It works fine as it is (just checked it myself). I'm not much of a helo pilot, but I buzzed both Lc-39 A and B.
