Hello everyone. After five days of flying, watching and reading several tutorial I have decided to register myself to the forum.

It is a lot of fun to master step by step all these operations in orbit. Today I have learn how to dock on ISS and MIR thanks to all the tutorials out there. Now I am trying to reentry and land the DG on KSC but I have still some problems.

So I hope we will have a good time.

Re-entry and landing is more or less impossible to get right without dedicated tools. You should try BaseSync MFD and [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2139"]AeroBrake MFD[/ame].

For re-entry, I had the best success with Oceanic' most excellent tutorial. http://orbiter-forum.com/showthread.php?t=8425

Thanks for the welcome and the many tips and advices for the reentry. I have found out that it is quite easy to deorbit and land with the DG-IV and the tutorial by Oceanic. But it is very difficult with the standard Delta Glider and the BaseSync MFD and Aerobrake MFD.

My current mission is a flight with the DG-IV from KSC to the moon with a stop at ISS where I just have docked. The goal is to get familiar with the Transfer MFD.
