Problem Animations will not work L-Shift 1

Hello all
I have Orbiter 2010P1 installed. Aclean upload with only a few addons. The Gemini and The Avatar Valkyrie. Also Spacecraft3

Both models have animation to them, using the Left Shift and the numbers

If I do that and use the number pad, the rocket changes heading, and no animation,

If I do L shift and the upper number bar, nothing happens.
In the Valkyrie the engine is suppose to swuvil, but nothing.

Please, any help or ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Other posts seem to indicate that the controls can be hit-or-miss, but also that disabling NumLock may work.

Try with NumLock off. That works for me.

Thanks DaveS! Turning off NumLock regained the function. Though I've never had to do this before new h/w and new s/w.

That seems to be a new glitch when using Orbiter 2010 with Win7. Took me forever to figure it out too!

I can confirm the numlock off fix for 64-bit Windows 7.
