Then its maybe gone with a clean rebuild. Do you get any errors when you compile it?

Maybe its a compatibility problem. Is the function defined identical in the cpp file?

"#define" is a C preprocessor statement (line starts with a #), that defines a new text macro called AID_....... this means: Whenever the name of the macro appears in the following source code, it is replaced by the content of the macro that follows the name before the source code is compiled...

Which call do you use for blitting? Is the texture dynamic?

Yeah, a lot of things are really either tendious digging in the reference manual to understand the relations or simply old arcane knowledge. Maybe somebody should write a tutorial into the mesh API of Orbiter... does somebody know somebody? 😶‍🌫️

Yeah, also they depict the stage in different sizes, depending on if it is sitting atop a Ariane 6 or a Vega C. I thought it is still about 1.8 in diameter, at least in the drawing of the Ariane 6 fairing with it.

@N_Molson I would maybe consider just "glueing" (most of )the Astris stage to the back. With the more efficient composite structure instead of a more classic metal girder. This way, you could get everything self-contained in a realistic way. Also the ASTRIS stage is a little smaller than your...

The lack of soot could of course come from the fact, that it burns methane instead of kerosene....

Oh, thats unfortunate. I shop directly at Eagle Dynamics and didn't convert my product keys over to Steam when I realized how many limitations I would get.

Ok, you can't predefine a pop-up point in mission editor. You need to do that on the ramp with the CK37.

For our skeptic out here.... That is the flight plan for the bombing training: On the way to waypoint B4, hugging the terrain to stay below the EWRs radar horizon: Seconds before I hit any other freak tree, while I tried to stay inside the valley: Sadly without a chance to survive, that...

Lessons learned: 50m AGL can be too low to fly over trees. Luckily made it back to the base with a lost aileron by aborting the mission. And still nailed the landing. The repeated landing practice on Friday pays out. Wanted to practice a precision dive bombing run, but still need to find the...

Not that I know. Also no changes yet from O2016. Avoiding collisions involves human interaction.

General Question VOR and/or Loran frequency assignments

You must define the frequencies, either in the base file or in the planet config. No LORAN or similar, also no TACAN.

Orbiter 2024 Live Space Shuttle flight

0.3° RInc still means 40 m/s (133 ft/s) DV. Thats a lot of the available budget and a lot burn time on RCS. Better do such corrections at apogee, while your eccentricity is still maximal.

Question What games are you playing?

Is Silent Hunter 5 any worth it though? Many people complain about the poor quality of the (old) game. Seems to be really really poor, judging from the reviews and the type of bugs described. IMHO, Silent Hunter III and IV were the best parts of the series, though IV suffered a bit from the...

Thats the most important thing. Did you test DCS:World before paying any money for it? You can even get a trial period for some modules to try them before you spent $70 for them.
