Question: Are the same textures used for the small tanks also?
Reason for asking is, these tanks look more sleek (like plastic), while the big-body textures look nice and grainy.

Currently bigger parts have a coarser texture than the smaller parts. You could adjust this to be more uniform by modifiying the size of the U-V maps. I think this would look more consistent, because the Kapton (gold) foil does not know if it is wrapped around a big or small...
Yes, thrust looks good.
The final hover thrust (just before touchdown) was around 50%, which is a reasonable throttle level.
For information, the braking burn from Lunar orbit in this scneario starts with 40% fuel.

Good Point, that the Solar panels and radiators may collide when angling independently. Maybe the simple solution is to Just let Thema Stick Out straight, and only have them rotated to track the sun.

Some impressions:
The RCS thrusters seem a bit strong now. I would think they will rather use 100 N thrusters, acting in pairs or quadruples.
You might consider an aft view, for docking with the rear port, switching with the [E] or [C] key. Example...
SpaceX has made a large fairing for DOD payloads of the FalconHeavy. This is well represented in BrainJ's FalconHeavy addon.
That fairing is long enough even for the biggest payloads.

In Orbiter a combination of static flames and particle exhausts is used to simulate the exhausts.

You maybe want to turn down the 'strength' a bit, so it is not too bumpy.
I am still using the 2016 API without problems, to retrain backwards compatibilty. Only the initialization of variables seems to be checked more stringent in 2024. If all initializations are done properly, everything works fine.
