I might be a bit less responsive than usual, something weird happens between the forum and Cloudflare Berlin for me right now. Even if I appear to be online, I just can't read the forum most of the time. As long as I am not logged in, everything works.

Yes, its a not an aircraft mod of its own, but a modification of the Black Shark 2 module. That doesn't work with Black Shark 3. A terribly unclean way to install a mod in DCS, I would stay away from it.

Sadly, I can't find any comparable launch video showing the flame trench as clear during engine ignition as this one. Found some weird additional flames below that looked like something deflected the exhaust forward.
