I know anyone who has the Vancouver International Airport add-on can just add the surface tiles, but I decided it would be easier to put them all in one pack because I had accidentally put the airport in the wrong place >.< Anyways this includes the YVR Surface tiles (which I did not make, thanks to Len Jarret for the tiles) as well as the config file with the surface tiles added and the base moved to the right place. This should be the final version, I know there were a lot of changes but it should definitely work this time.
