USS Valiant NCC-1709 Rescaled 2010-08-01

The USS Valiant appeared in the episode "A Taste of Armageddon", which aired on 23 Feb 67. The original mesh was by Kyle Wiegers.  The new mesh has been true-scaled, beta tested
and works with Orbiter2006p1 or Orbiter2010.
