*UPDATE* Thank you goth for your review and comment. I've often wondered how to maintain the Prelude's skin when creating a scenario and you showed me. You learn something every day!
Just rename the USAF Desert Space Base folder without the underscores. Now when you create and save a new scenario with this skin, it will appear the next time you load your scenario. Thanks again goth.
(This also goes for any of my other Prelude skins that might have the same issue. Just remove the underscores)
