This is the Shado-Base1 , you need to edit the Moon.cfg file found in the Config folder and add the following to it -
NumBases = x ( x= the number of bases + 1)
Basex = Shado-Base1 -18 -20 ( x= the last base +1)
it should look like this :-

NumBases = 3
Base1 = Brighton -33.4375 +41.125
Base2 = MoonbaseAlpha -10 +52
Base3 = Shado-Base1 -18 -20
