The idea was to create a near future (couple of hundred years) modular space platform / space craft utilizing the huge cargo bay of the XR5, I also wanted the modular system to be compatible with the space station modules that already exist.
this is my first addon and was a learning exercise and proof of concept so is by no means a final version, however I have uploaded it for everyone to use as is, I also think some feedback could prove useful for when and if I make more addons in the future.
If all goes well and I can learn the required skills, I plan on making lots more modules than can be bolted together in orbit to make either orbital platforms or inter-planetary space craft.
