Nebula Texture Enhancement Package 2
 Another change in the texturing of the nebula emissions. Smoother, lighter borders
with lighter color emissions. This package, in conjunction with all of the other color
and textures should allow for a great amount of lattitude as far as visual asthetics.
You can mix and match colors and textures or even decrease or increase the number of
emitters to achieve the desired visual effect.
