KSC-Missile-Row v2 HI-RES and Default-res FIX 2011-07-19

This Add-On fixes the "KSC-Missile-Row Ver2" by algol to use it with the dafault Orbiter 2010 textures and the HI-RES KSC by kukanotas.
This add-on overwrites the stock, <ORBITER>\Config\Earth\Base\Canaveral.cfg file. If you want to keep a backup copy it anywhere.
This Fix places the Lauch Pads and some buildings almost at the position seen in the textures.
Thanks to algol for his work of placing over thousands of objects. 
Included are the Basic and Full Installation each for the Default and for the HI-RES textures.
You can Find these examples in the <ORBITER>\Doc\KSC-Missile-Row Ver2 Hi-Res-FIX\ folder.
By Default the Full-Installation for HI-RES KSC will be installed. This requires you to install all the following add-ons:

and install the HI-RES KSC by kukanotas to use the default Installation and HI-RES textures.
And off couse you need to install the KSC Missile-Row Ver 2 by algol.
