HARP was a Canadian project with goal to create economically efficient gun-launched satellite deployment system. Project was closed in 1967, probably for political reasons.
This addon adds gun-launch satellite system to your orbiter installation. It is based on HARP's late design - martlet-4 rocket and L86 16 inch gun.
