"From the Earth to the ISS" an Orbiter 2016 Stock Atlantis(STS-101) Full Mission Tutorial -Part 1 v1.11

This is essentially the original v1.10 tutorial but with the fixed original scenario "Space Shuttle to ISS.scn" that has no camera additions, and the recommended start scenario "Space Shuttle to ISS-0005-0010.scn" for use with the tutorial all located in the correct folders for extraction into the root Orbiter 2016 folder. The current extraction hierarchy is as follows:

Please extract this zip file into your Orbiter2016 <root> directory and find the tutorial in the Doc folder and the starter and save point scenarios in the Scenarios/010From the Earth to the ISS v1.10 and /Tutorial Save Points folders.

Again, the only difference here is that I have included the start scenario(s) in an extractable zip for people who may not have them or for some reason cant create them.
