This is a nice looking futuristic Surface Base / Space Station, which is intended to float in an athmosphere. On the Venus Floating Base 3 docking ports are available for docking and refueling (with FuelMFD), on the Titan Floating Base you can try to land on the platform directly.
Required Add-ons: For the Titan Floating Base the Add-on Meshland (currently beta) is needed (Currently not included). For the Venus Floating Base (defined as vessel) no Add-on is needed.
The included Scenarios are primary for testing and to be a guide for including the base in your favorite scenarios.
