This is my first addon.
This configuration file is for surface base only.
Read the readme.txt for instructions.
If you followed correctly, you can now locate Dubai in the surface base.
Update: There is no update in this add-on. The Fictional Dubai is now on hold earlier than the expected on January 12, 2009 because it is now too very busy to finish the Events of GMA7 Powers, Inc. (December 2008, Part 2) and to finish the other projects such the curricular activities, fixing sites in Friendster, etc.
