Interactive MFD buttons with labels; tachometer, fuel and trimmer indicators; other improvements

Added:
  • interactive (mouse clicking) buttons for left and right MFDs and dynamic labels for the MFD side buttons in VC;
  • tachometer and fuel indicators in VC;
  • trimmer indicator in VC;
  • some other improvements.
