Brighton Beach Upgrade 2008-03-30

This add-on re-creates Brighton Beach and upgrades it. Thank you for Pablo Luna for making the tutorial and how to make it.

I am not 110% sure that it is going to work entirely but if it does not appear to change, post a bug report.
