This is a model of Blue Origin's Goddard, a prototype for a passanger carrying suborbital rocket. The first test flight was successfully completed in November 2006. The model is very simple and uses spacecraft3 to set up the configuration of the vessel. Hover engines are used as the main engines. You can move around using thrusters together with main and retro engines. Should be fairly easy to land. In reality targeting for landing is acheived using vectored thrust. There are a couple of scenarios that require the autopilot module.
