Unzip contents to the folder that contains your Orbiter folder.
The texture files are relatively big, but I am a beginner at this sort of thing, and don't know of a way to make them smaller and still keep a resolution I am happy with. I hope you like the skins and use them anyway. I must give credit and thanks to Martin Schweiger for his creative efforts and generosity in giving us Orbiter. I hope you like the skins!
