Uninstalling an add-on is "just" the reverse of installing it: Remove all files that were added by the add-on.
This is not easy and you might need some patience. There is no official way for uninstalling any add-on.
If you just want to stop Orbiter from loading the add-ons .DDS files, disabeling the Module in the Module Tab might be enough.

If you had only a few other add-ons installed, it might be the fastest way to start with a new Orbiter folder "from scratch" and just install the add-ons you like - without the Crew Dragon add-on of course.

No guarantees about this website though!

I think we should put a link to the JSGME mod enabler on the Orbiter download page, or even mirror the download in the Orbiter Downloads section. It is such a helpful and easy to use tool!
At least until a future Orbiter may bring its own addon manager ... :)

I've used JSGME for years in multiple applications and has proved itself as very useful.
I have suggested one could make presetup orbiter mod selections for download with it.
Funny thing is I've never used it with Orb., never felt the need, Orb has a very simple file structure, and strangely even with a massively modded setup (and chaotic modders) have seldom had conflicts (or not ones I could not simply change).
The only time I think it would be good is with tiles (that seems to go wrong very easily and is VERY hard to fix), but the idea of several GBs of bckups puts me off!

And talking about neglected/forgotten addons - there is an openly released addon manager for orbiter on the hangar
https://www.orbiter-forum.com/resources/orbiter-addons-manager-oad.1011/
does it work? no idea, like I said I don't need one, but it's got one official approval and has been downloaded over 1600 times, so if it doesn't a lot of peeps want one!
And if it those maybe it can be tested and given official approval (solve all this meandering)
