Updates James Webb Space Telescope updates

Tell me why I don't like mondays...

The clamp band that was supposed to secure the telescope to the launcher got released, no idea how this is even possible. How cursed can a probe be?

Murphy’s Law? As one of my CNC machinist guys used to say, ‘What the hell, doesn’t anything work around here?!?’

Hope they correctly tested the optics this time, don’t wanna see Hubble all over again, ain’t fixin’ it this time!

Just sorta side note. At a recent gathering, I happen to run into one of the engineers at A.I. Solutions, the contractor responsible for navigation for the Webb. This was last Friday and he had to work the weekend to update something in the software and ship it back by Monday. Cool meet!
Those guys are waiting with fingers crossed and bated breath.

I feel like it should just wait until January at this point. It'll be interesting to see what sort of trillion-dollar cube-sat gets sent up to fix it next year.

Seems like a lot of little conspiracies added up to bring us to a Dec 25th blast off.
