Question Looking for an add-on

I need some help finding an old add-on.

There was once an add-on that added roads and buildings to Baikonur Cosmodrome. You can see the buildings in this old video from 2003 (that's how old the add-on was!).

I'm wondering if this add-on still exists, and if so, where it might be. I've scoured Orbithangar with no success.

Yeah, that's the one!

And now that I've seen it... I don't want it, LOL! I'm redoing that film and I wanted to find that add-on but it's not accurate to the real Baikonur so I'll skip it for the redo. But thanks for the quick find!
