Zip corrupt?

I get the error code 0x800004005 when trying to unpack the file.
i re-downloaded it, but the other file has the same problem.

It would be useful to know some statistics of this 'super-massive' refueling station - for example, what is the fuel load contained within the station? How many docking ports? and so on.

The archive was compressed using LZMA algorithm. You need an extracting utility which supports that compression method in ZIP files, like 7-Zip, which was most likely used to create that archive.
