So, U2 concert tonight here in Moncton, and I've just finished my shift at the closest restaurant to the site. Never have I seen so many people or beer bottles. :goodnight:

On a lighter note, it was very interesting to walk through a room full of chattering people from here, the US, England, Australia, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Japan, S. Korea, etc. ad inf. all in one place.

Also, absolutely shocking to see a California license plate. Wow, what a drive. :rofl:

I've seen a Hawaii plate before...in Virginia... :lol:
(Turned out the owner was in the military, it was a long time ago so I don't remember how he got it over here...)

Also, it seems that in the Philippines, it's 'cool' to have a European license plate under your Filipino one (which is smaller, so you can clearly see the longer Euro plate behind it). Some of them might be actual Euro plates, but most are fake, and just there to make your car look foreign, and hence, cool...quite silly, really. :lol:

Well, on my trip back to Toulouse, southern France, I saw a russian plate on the highway. Some brand new 4x4 of a type I never saw before. I guess they were heading to Spain, that's another extreme road trip ! :blink:
