If you manage to stay till the fools' day, you'll get a chance to see Dragon on Falcon 9 being launched.

STS-131 is up on the 18th, but there's no confirmation of April 1st on the Falcon yet, unless ST has a different, more up to date website than this:

By the way, if there's a launch (besides the Space Shuttle) at the Cape, I usually create threads to report them (I lived there for 8 years and developed numerous contacts in almost every section of the Cape. My info comes from their info).

Ah, my fault. They have already removed Falcon 9 from April 1st, it's planned to launch in June, instead. My reference is http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=8184.msg502358#msg502358

So it looks like no launch on the requested date, but you should check for updates from time to time.
