Question Seperate main/rcs tanks for multistage?

So, Messing around with multistage and wondering if it's possible to have seperate main and RCS fuel tanks for a multistage addon?

If not, is there any method for stopping the main engines using ALL the propellant?

Reason is, Once the fuel is exhausted I need the vessel to do a 180 degree turn.

Maybe to stop all engin before spend all fuel,leve just a small amount for manuver.I think all could be done with guidance file.

Not directly... Engine shutdown occurs at a specific altitude in guidance so I could use that and then use pitch to do the turn around.... Interesting idea and it means I can fly the profile mostly hands off.

Yes that worked. I configured a guidance file to cut engines one second before fuel exhaustion. It leaves a bit more in the tank than I'd like but it does the job.
