Is there anyone that has photoshop here? is it any good? I hear alot of people like it but I never actually seen it. and I saw its not cheap!
Maybe ill get it later on...

Try The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org). It is designed to be competition for photoshop and it works well. And best of all, it's free.

A lot of the tools are also the same or similar, so a transition from one to the other is fairly easy.

Theres no substitute for photoshop.

I use it to edit my screen shots. It's deffo worth it.

Well, you could do some basic editing with other programs cheaper than photoshop, but Photoshop CS2 is the best for working with images, creatings animated gifs, etc. I designed the logos, headers, etc for this site with Photoshop.

You also gotta give Paint.NET some credit. It's excellent.

Of course it can.

Photoshop is just paint with more tools. A lot more tools.
