This is a two part question. First, is an Orulex height map available for Venus that is the same size as the other ones available? Where is the raw data for easily generating one? A Venus Hemispherical Globe at super high resolution is at http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/tiff/PIA03167.tif , but that oversized and misshaped one seems to be contaminated with place names on the maps. Will someone make and post an Orulex HEI one?
Secondly, while looking for that height map, I found a small 8 bit black and white Venus height map together with an interesting concept for Mars and Venus, Blue Mars and Cytherea (Blue Venus) (all at http://www.evildrganymede.net/art/maps.htm ). It seems that Venus and Mars can be made to look similar to Earth. There are some small pictures of the Blue Mars and Blue Venus at that site that seem to be derived from actual high resolution topology of those planets. However, I do not know exactly how these would be made into files that would be similar to what the Earth has in Orbiter 2006 Patch 1. Any ideas or takers?
