Well, this has been the 5th live Shuttle launch I've watched with my Orbinaut buddies.

Sleep awaits me now. Fingers crossed for any strike reports. Night, guys.
 
Okay, I think I saw that "sparK" again...looks like some lens flare or some other camera/atmospheric effect, perhaps caused by the camera moving and refocusing or readjusting it's aperature?
 
Go for OMS-2 burn. OMS engines will burn for about 1 minute 3 seconds.
 
Watching the ET cam at the same time I didn't see any debris strikes...

I can see what you mean, though, Greg, the spark looks sort of like a piece of foam breaking into smaller pieces and being illuminated by the rocket plume.
