Well, this has been the 5th live Shuttle launch I've watched with my Orbinaut buddies.

Sleep awaits me now. Fingers crossed for any strike reports. Night, guys.

Yeah... I knew that, but I was referring to the bulk of the work they are going to do at the space station.

Okay, I think I saw that "sparK" again...looks like some lens flare or some other camera/atmospheric effect, perhaps caused by the camera moving and refocusing or readjusting it's aperature?

Go for OMS-2 burn. OMS engines will burn for about 1 minute 3 seconds.

Watching the ET cam at the same time I didn't see any debris strikes...

I can see what you mean, though, Greg, the spark looks sort of like a piece of foam breaking into smaller pieces and being illuminated by the rocket plume.

Takes them until Sunday to reach ISS? Ha! In Orbiter we do it in less than 10 minutes!
