It's more a matter of taste. It's one thing to do a DG or XR, but this is almost desecration.

It's called constructive criticism. You should learn about it.

Not all punches need to be pulled; not all criticisms need to be constructive.

Let's take a quick glance at this addon:

Pros:
- Fanbase will appreciate it
- Bright and colourful happy YAY!

Cons:
- Little attention to detail: TPS and nearly all existing details overwritten by flat cyan skin and eyeballs. Boring to look at beyond seeing the character. Honestly looks like a 10-minute job.
- Fairly useless; not good for Orbiter videos, VSAs, enthusiasts, etc. Doesn't add any meaningful user experience or benefit to Atlantis.
- Bright and colourful happy HOLY ! D:

Advice:
At the very least, try colourising the hull and adding details over existing ones using layers in image editors like GIMP, Paint.NET or Photoshop instead of simply over-writing the old texture with simple graphics. Add your own details or weathering. In short, add more than you take away. There are a thousand ways to visually improve something existing, and this add-on has none of them. Don't be discouraged, be encouraged to do better; but to those of you getting offended on the author's behalf: if criticism offends you, try growing thicker retinae. :2cents:
