Where can I download Orbiter Shuttle Fleet 3.9.2 as it not on http://www.orbithangar.com/ and some addons I like to download says: You need to install the Orbiter Shuttle Fleet 3.9.2 before you install this add-on.

Those addons' documentation just hasn't been updated since the new version. They will still work with v 4.0.1 or the newest version.
