Resolved Level 10 Earth Clouds 2016-07-14 no access

Hello everyone! i tried to download this addon for hi res clouds, looks amazing. it's in the public download area, however it gives me a message that i don't have access to this file, even though i have already downloaded a bunch of files from the private area, like the Dark Energy vessel... anybody knows what's the problem, or how can i get this add on?

The permissions issue here is erroneous, the real problem is masked behind it, which is that this download was originally presented to OHM as a link, but that wasn't preserved when we imported the addons across from the old OHM. This same issue appears to be present in other addons that were also originally links; the link data has been recorded, but the addon entry itself is not "link type", so instead it tries to offer you a file download and then sort of panics when it doesn't know how to handle that.

I have manually fixed this one and restored the original link.

anyone knows how to install this addon? beats me... it has no documentation, only a brief comment, but didn't work.
