Problem Cannot add Surface Tiles into a Base

Im trying to Add Surface Tiles to the Base but the Tiles Cannot Download. Can anybody help please?

Im Using Orbiter Base Maker

in Base Maker work with tiles is possible only in orbiter 2010 (on orbiter 2016 it will only be possible to install a base)

You can do surface tiles for o2016, but it is a lot of work and quite complex.

Yes, the system is very different with Orbiter 2016 compared to Orbiter 2010.
This is of course possible, but it is necessary to study the doc... and understand, then try...
