Hi to all in the forum,
I arrived to day 6 and 7 of Apollo 9 and I am not sure what I am doing wrong even after reading the real flight plan and related docs, so I posted here.

day 6) S095
when I got the MCC S065 update the 1st time I got this PAD:
1602776696399.png

so what I did:
V49E to get into the attitude 000.45-294.31-359.96 (1st column PAD), follow the checklist to set up the ORB RATE using the DAP, hitting the "E" of the "70000(E)" at time 123:56:45 (1st column PAD) to start the orbital rate (by checking Orbiter HUD I saw that I was flying LVLH); I was expecting/thinking to reach 0-0-0 attitude (2nd column) at 124:01:45 (2nd column) but I was only at P=315 but still in LVLH, as far as I understood (my interpretation of the PADs) at time 124:01:45 + 5 min = 124:06:45 the camera should have shot 25 exposures with a duration of 6 s each - so i wait for 124:06:45 expecting to reach 0-0-0 attitude at that time, but I was only at P=330 ... so I am confused.
In summary here what I understood should happen reading the PAD:
at 123:56:45 I should be at 000.45-294.31-359.96 to start ORB RATE, I should reach 000.00-000.00-000.00 5 min after, i.e. 124:01:00, at that time I should keep that attitude stopping ORB RATE hitting HOLD, the camera will do 25 photos of 6 s each, at time 124:06:15 and still holding the 0-0-0 attitude the camera should shot others 3 photos of 6 sec each. Am I correct with the interpretation of the PADs?

The second MCC S065 update was different:

as before, I made V49E to reach 000.48-332.61-359.95 and at 125:34:37 I started the ORB RATE (I was LVLH according Orbiter HUD), again I as expecting to reach 0-0-0 5min later at 125:39:37 but I was at P=352 not P=0.
moreover, in the check list it is written to "stop ORB Rate" but when? at which time?

what I am doing wrong?

thanks, Paolo.

The second column is not showing any final attitude for the first column, the columns are independent of each other. It is based on the actual PAD:

So you can have up to four passes on the one PAD. But they only filled out the whole PAD once, at 190h GET or so. The 5 minutes means you start the orb rate 5 minutes before taking photos. That's what the GET means. So I guess you can start an event timer at the GET on the PAD (together with starting the orb rate) and when it says 5 minutes you would start taking photos.

The time to stop the orb rate is specified in the flight plan. I don't think the timing or the attitude where you stop the orb rate is critical, as long as you have enough time to set up the next pass.

thank you Indy, so if I have understood you correctly:
I must be at the ATTITUDE specified at the GET specified, at that GET I start the Orb Rate, after 5 min I should take the photo, stop the orb rate at the end of the exposures (for example if I have to take 25 photos at 6 sec each, it means stop orb rate after 25x6=300 s) and change to the next attitude (if any) by the next GET (if any) and repeat the process...I think it should work like that. If I am still wrong please correct me again :)
Thanks Paolo
