Apollo 11 - LM AOT Basics

Hi all,

I've been gradually flying the Apollo 11 mission and learning as I go!

Have got as far as the lunar surface and am now at the point of aligning the guidance platform using the AOT for star sightings.
Was wondering if anyone knows of any documentation that could help me understand how the system works?
Feel like I've got a decent handle on the CM optics now, but first time I've used the LM version!

LM Optics are indeed quite different, for both P52 and P57. I’d first recommend some of the discussions provided below, which helped me understand what to do (particularly for P57)

So Ive been hopping around in some scenarios on the stable builds mainly the Apollo 11 and Apollo 9 I wish we had o nes for Apollo 10 but that's another story and im sure may be in work what I am curious about is are there any tutorials out there on how to do a P52 in the LM and how about...
