Hey! Thanks for the 1999 stuff. Is there a way to make the red landing pad into a dock...? I amsure you've went round and round over it...how to make a dock and have eagles not fall through...just like to be able to not switch to Main Mission for landing and take-off...

Hm...the wonderful mod has it that there is a crane that picks up and can drop off the Eagle....it doesn't bounce...so maybe the red pad '+' could be considered a crane-like object? Hm...that probably uses UMMU cargo techniques and not docking, though.

Hey! I would like to try something tricky with a pre-existing mesh: to make the landing pads (the red +) of the most excellant Moonbase Alpha model into a large docking port. Is there a modder's program that can assign such docking ports to a pre-existing model? Thanks! Pfr_Fate

...perhaps if you make the actual pad mesh (the red +) into a docking port, then you would lock on in a dock and be able to be moved up and down, can undock from the Eagle (or whatever) to take off or be carried by the crane and have a MFD to help you dock????
