Yeah, you can simply reinstall earth hires textures and mesh and see if it helps. If doesnt, then try to install a clean copy of Orbiter, earth hi res textures and install NASSP manually excluding its earth tiles/textures

Hmm, is that NASSP addon installed on Orbter 2016? Stay to be corrected, but perhaps NASSP adds new tiles at KSC which conflict with 2016 earth terrain & textures.. So try to uninstall this one and install it again without those tiles
