On the configuration page of the MFD you tell it the names of the chaser (Shuttle) and target (ISS) vessels. When running any on-orbit rendezvous calculation with the OMP it will then take the state vectors from the Orbiter API.
Yeah I had a bit of trouble getting the MFD to build in Orbiter 2024, but that is mostly resolved now. I also don't like that I can't use debug mode with Orbiter 2024...

A very minor update for the MFD, I have updated the landing site table for the deorbit maneuver targeting based on the updated table that SSV just got with its most recent release.

I don't know how you have been doing it with the missions so far, but my system has been using Two-Line Elements and the Scenario Editor TLE tool. Likely this doesn't lead to a perfect alignment though unless you use nonspherical gravity.
