I've found quite strange behaviour with XR-2 and XR-1 vessels. If you're trying to yaw even just a little during the takeoff run, even at the very beginning of it, you're sending your XR into an insane drift, making it look like you're drifting on ice or something. XR-5 is much heavier, I guess...

Well, you could just take sol.cfg from clean Orbiter install and replace your sol.cfg with it. This will downgrade your solar system to default state with no compromised addons.

Looks like you've copied your Orbiter from previous install partially, or maybe you haven't installed some addons required for other addons. Crash happens because Orbiter can't find Jupiter's minor moon Amalthea config file, although the body is present in Sol.cfg. LaunchMFD module is failing...

Haven't you encountered any probems with URMS yet? If I recall correctly, it is very sensitive to the CoG-shift of the reference vessel.
