Supporting Windows on ARM will probably be much easier than macOS, if all the required APIs exist. Additionally, the x86 binaries could run tolerably well on Windows on ARM devices already, as a stop gap.

When did the deviation occur? If the launcher had lifted off on the wrong heading, then the first stage wouldn't have been anywhere near the barge - must've been a problem limited to the second stage.

Oh wow - and with that perigee it was very close to being an immediate loss. Hope it can be salvaged.
